Our Products
We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations may occur. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Placing an Order
To place an order, browse our products, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Your order represents an offer to buy our products. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you a dispatch confirmation email. Until acceptance, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order. Please ensure that you are able to pay for your order at the time of purchase.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Kievylan is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is added to or collected on sales. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery
We offer delivery services as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Orders are processed within the timeframes specified, and standard delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a product, please refer to our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed instructions. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Faulty Goods

Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud. Other liabilities are limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in Scottish courts; if in Northern Ireland, in Northern Irish courts.
